From Him and For Him Music

“Ever since 2017, I have been writing music with the Lord and in 2019 I started to release this music under my artist name “From Him and For Him”. This name is based in the Scripture in Romans 11:36 where it talks about how all things come from God, and all things were made for His glory, as this is the way I feel about my songs. Each one’s lyrics are a gift He has given me to write and the songs are meant to give glory to the one who gave me the words. Some songs are written in very deep dark serious seasons, while others are written in times of more laughter, bliss, and joy, but the heart of every song is always to give glory to God above all else. Over the course of the last 2 years since I returned to Waukesha in 2024, the Lord has been giving me an ABUNDANCE of new songs, and finally this year in 2026, I am taking the leap to record and release them!! The 3 albums tackle 3 distinctly different themes of ways I have communed with the Lord the past 3 years; first, Desperate Prayers will be an album full of earnest prayers and authentic heart cries for God to change things in my life, inside my heart, and in the worlds of those around me. Second, God’s Heart on Guitar will feature exclusively songs that are sung from God’s perspective, as He speaks His heart for us, His love for us, and our identity to us! And finally, Evergreen Hope will be the response of the heart that we naturally have after God speaks His heart to us; because of Him and His love, we can naturally have a hope that lasts for all eternity, in every season!! These 3 albums all have a huge guitar focus because it’s an instrument newer to me so most of these tracks will be on guitar as opposed to ukulele and piano which dominated past releases! The goal of these albums is to showcase 3 distinct parts of the journey with God; being broken and desperate, listening to His still small voice, and then rising up in hope as He changes us! I hope as these albums release over the summer that you will enjoy them!
