The 3 Pillars of the Ministry

1. Prayer & Worship - We desire to remember our #1 purpose and goal is to fellowship with the Living God through worship and prayer, and encourage others to do the same. We also desire to press in deep in the place of prayer & intercession on behalf of both local & global kingdom initiatives.

2. Partnering with Others - We desire to partner with both local initiatives in Waukesha, WI and those doing ministry in our focal people groups & nations around the world so that together we can see the kingdom come as a united body of Christ. We DEEPLY desire unity in the body.

3. Pioneering New Creative Initiatives - We desire to use the creative gifts God has given us to pioneer new initiatives both locally and overseas, specifically in the areas of music, writing, podcasting, and on-the-ground missions experiences such as Bible studies and worship nights so people can experience God in unique ways through each of these creative expressions.

The 5 People Groups of Focus

1. Nominal Christians - We desire for those who have called themselves “Christians” their entire lives to learn the true depth of what it means to whole-heartedly and passionately follow God. We desire to see them find the deep depths of joy that can only be known from a true relationship with our creator King. We also desire to see them understand the Holy Spirit and the gifts that He gives us so that we can partner with God in His desire to make His love known to all creation!

2. Fulani Muslims - We desire to see the Fulani Muslim people group come to know Jesus as more than simply a prophet, but instead as Lord of Lords and God Himself. We specifically desire to see Fulani people in West Africa boldly declaring Jesus as Lord and transforming their entire families. We desire to send people into Fulani Muslim nations and communities to help them experience the truth of Jesus and His love for us.

3. The French World - We desire to see all of the nations in the French speaking world come to know Jesus as Lord. We desire to equip people with the French language and to send them out into French speaking nations where people are in need of the gospel.

4. Buddhists - We desire to see Buddhists across Asia and all over the earth come to know Jesus is the one worthy of their meditation and attention. We desire to send missionaries into Buddhist nations and we desire to see strongholds come down as people there come to know the truth of Jesus & his love for us.

5. Outcasts & Forgotten Ones - We desire to see people all across the earth who feel neglected, unknown, outcast, or forgotten realize that Jesus sees them and He knows their hearts. We desire to help them see that THE LORD REMEMBERS THEM and He has called them for a purpose. We desire to help them discover their identities in Christ so they can find true freedom in Him. We also desire to help them discover their creative gifts so they can help others after they experience God’s love themselves.

The WOW Movement

1. The Heart of WOW - We desire that the heart of the WOW movement would be to help people become in greater awe & wonder of who God is by testifying of the abundance of things He has done both locally and around the world.

2. Worship Over Waukesha - We desire to engage in worship & prayer over every street in the entire city of Waukesha, Wisconsin, and to partner and come alongside local ministries in the midst of that process. Eventually we also desire to snowball this into starting an official house of worship and prayer in the city.

3. Worship Over World - We desire to engage both physically and financially with each of our target nations and people groups so that the kingdom may advance around the world. We desire to do this through both short-term and long-term trips to the nations, as well as through financially supporting those already there.

4. WOW Chronicles Podcast - We desire to use this podcast as a means by which to testify about what God is doing in both Waukesha & the World to leave people in greater awe and wonder of who God is and what He’s done.

5. WOW Chronicles Newsletters - We desire to use these newsletters as bi-monthly updates to let people know what God is doing both stateside & overseas.

Creative Initiatives

1. Sing a New Song Collective - We desire to see musicians, singers, and songwriters collaborate with the Lord and one another to bring forth new songs that help them and others to engage in intimacy with the Lord and know Him more deeply and personally.

2. From Him and For Him Music - We desire that through this music that we have released, that people would be able to engage in intimacy with God and know Him more deeply and personally. We desire that every song and lyric would glorify God and that everything we create would truly be from Him and for Him,.

3. Fiery Friends Podcast - We desire that through this podcast of fiery friends talking about things we’re passionate about, others would be encouraged to also talk about their passions and find new zeal for life. We also desire that through listening, people will realize the thing to be most passionate and excited about is God Himself, our Creator King!!

4. WOW Chronicles Podcast - We desire to use this podcast as a means by which to testify about what God is doing in both Waukesha & the World to leave people in greater awe and wonder of who God is and what He’s done.

5. WOW Chronicles Newsletters - We desire to use these newsletters as bi-monthly updates to let people know what God is doing both stateside & overseas.

6. Catching God’s Heart Book - We desire that when this book is released in the future, it would do as the title implies, and would allow for people to catch a part of God’s heart that maybe they have never encountered before.

7. Shekinah Book - We desire to create a story in the fictional kingdom of “Shekinah” that will mirror tales such as Narnia or Lord of the Rings with biblical parallels based on real life encounters with God and lessons learned over years of walking with Him.

Partnerships

1. Local Partnerships - We desire to partner with local churches and individuals in Waukesha, Wisconsin who are in need of assistance in the areas of worship leadership, prayer, youth leadership, fellowship, support, finances, etc. etc. Some of the groups we specifically desire to continue in partnership with include Amplify Young Adults, HUB Wisconsin, Mari & Connor McCall’s Worship Nights, Bridge Church & Bridge Youth, and others as partnership is needed.

2. Global Partnerships - We desire to have missionaries on the ground in as many of our target nations as possible, and we desire to support people who are going on short-term trips to these nations or other nations to advance the kingdom. As of now, we currently desire to support 8 missionaries on a monthly basis including Bethanie Clopton, Zachary Silcoff, Isaiah & Anna Gonzales, Jaimy Kepa, Allyson Schrock, Katie Scherber, Francis Pelu Nubuake, and Chris & Nurlyn Elli.

Big Long-Term Goals

1. We desire to develop a house of worship and prayer in Waukesha, Wisconsin.

2. We desire that the house of worship and prayer will become a place where people truly encounter the Living God.

3. We desire that the house of worship and prayer will become a place of deep intercession for our 5 focal people groups.

4. We desire from that house of worship and prayer, that people’s hearts would be stirred to go to the nations.

5. We desire to send individuals & teams to our target locations & people groups, in both short-term and long-term capacities.

6. We desire to financially support on-the-ground missionaries and fellow ministries on a monthly basis.

7. We desire to officially gain non-profit status as an organization.
